&
experience
My training is in humanistic therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. Having gained a first class honours degree in Person-Centred Counselling, I am currently completing a masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy research.
I have five years direct client experience in various fields, having grown my skills and knowledge in bereavement counselling, suicide and crisis support, adolescent mental health services and secondary school settings.
Working with young people has taught me a great deal about myself and I have become extremely passionate about helping to create change in the young minds that will hopefully go on to shape a world that will be a secure home for many generations to come.
Alongside my work with young people I have gained a vast amount of experience working with neuro-diverse clients, such as those with Autism and Aspergers.
I have worked with a wide array of adults and young people through my private practice, supporting them through a variety of issues and challenges, such as:
Anxiety & panic attacks

Depression & low mood
Relationship & communication issues
